ArcPM is an AI product-planning workspace that turns one product idea into cited research, prioritized requirements, an interactive prototype, and a build-ready PRD — all connected so a change in one place surfaces its impact everywhere else.
What we are building
Product planning usually breaks in the handoffs: research nobody reads, requirements that forget their evidence, a PRD that drifts from the prototype. ArcPM treats planning as one connected chain across six stages — Research, Insight, Requirement, Decision, Prototype, PRD — rather than a pile of separate documents.
Why traceability
The idea we care about most is traceability. Every artifact links back to the evidence it came from and forward to what it justifies. Because those links are explicit, changing one decision flags every prototype screen and PRD section that assumed it — so the plan tells you when it starts to contradict itself, instead of drifting silently.
Who it is for
Product managers, founders, and teams who need to move from a rough idea to a plan a team can actually build — with the reasoning kept intact along the way. ArcPM is built for global use and is available in English and Chinese.
