ArcPM ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. By using ArcPM, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: email address, nickname. Usage data: the projects, ideas, requirements, prototypes and PRDs you create, plus behavioral data such as page views and feature usage. Technical data: IP, device and browser type. We do not proactively collect sensitive personal information unrelated to the service.
2. How We Use Information
To provide and maintain the service (generating documents, prototypes, your AI Product Twin, etc.); to improve the product and experience; to send verification codes, important notices and support replies via email; to ensure security and prevent abuse; to comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
To provide the service we use the following third parties, which may process related data: AI generation (large language model providers), product analytics (PostHog), payments (Lemon Squeezy), email (Resend), hosting (Vercel, Railway). We share only the data necessary to provide the service and never sell your personal information.
4. Your Project Content
The project data you create in ArcPM belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the service to you, and we do not make it public or sell it. To power AI generation, relevant content is processed by third-party large-language-model providers, whose use of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies (see Section 3).
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember security info, language, and interface preferences. Only with your consent do we use analytics tools (PostHog, Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights) to collect page-visit, feature-usage, and basic performance data to improve the product; rejecting analytics does not affect core functionality. You can review, change, or withdraw your choice anytime via "Cookie Settings" in the bottom-left of the page, or manage cookies through your browser.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data while you use the service. After you delete a project or your account, we delete the corresponding data within a reasonable period (except where retention is legally required).
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Users in the EU (GDPR), California (CCPA) and similar jurisdictions have additional rights under local law, including objecting to processing and withdrawing consent. To exercise your rights, email support@arcpm.ai.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption in transit, access controls, etc.). However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
Our servers and some third parties are located outside your region (e.g., the United States). By using the service, you understand and agree that data may be transferred and processed across borders.
10. Minors
ArcPM is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
