Welcome to ArcPM. By using the service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ArcPM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
ArcPM is an AI product-management copilot that helps you go from market research to prototype and PRD across the full product lifecycle. The service is currently in beta and may change or be interrupted.
3. Accounts
You must register with a valid email, and an invite code may be required during beta. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for any illegal, infringing or abusive activity, to disrupt the service, or to circumvent security. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape or access the service without authorization.
5. Your Content
Content you create in ArcPM belongs to you. You grant us a limited license necessary to provide, maintain and improve the service (e.g., to store, process and display it back to you).
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated documents, prototypes and the like are for reference only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify before relying on them; we make no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness or fitness.
7. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Fees and billing cycles are as shown at the time of purchase. Except where required by law or otherwise stated, paid fees are generally non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
ArcPM's software, brand, interface and related IP belong to us. These terms grant you no rights other than to use the service.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During beta there may be defects, data loss or interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
The interpretation of and disputes under these terms are subject to applicable law.
